Interesting Pictures

We thought we'd devote this entry to a few pictures we've taken over the last couple of weeks. Hope you enjoy them!!

These are Melissa's afternoon tea "slippers" - don't they look more like dress pumps??? For not being allowed to wear shoes in the house, ladies here sure do get a lot of freedom when it comes to afternoon teas - this is what they ALL wear inside!

Our first overseas Christmas tree.

Domino's pepperoni pizza - no joke!!! And no we didn't get this in our city - we traveled to a much larger city to spend the night with some friends 4 1/2 hours away and this is what we had for dinner. Delicious!!! That's the way to do pepperoni!

Before we left to come overseas we had a late night experience with a neighbor's cows in our backyard, but we'd never been welcomed home by sheep until last week! This is right behind where we park the van at our aprtment building. They hung around for that night and then greeted Melissa when she left for the grocery store the next morning.

This is what it looks like after shopping in a very large city several hours away when you live in a practically empty apartment in a very small city. However, in our own defense, our friends bought some of that stuff!
