Cooking Update

For those of you who might be wondering how my dessert for tea last week turned out (after a day of disasters in the kitchen) . . . what I made was a smashing success! I decided to make a pan of apricot bars. It's a sweet but not too sweet fruit bar kind of thing with a crispy crust. If anyone is interested in the recipe let me know!
